By accessing MileMarkt, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part, you may not use the service.

2. Description of Service

MileMarkt is a prediction market platform where users make forecasts about startup milestones using MILE tokens. MILE tokens have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use MileMarkt.

4. MILE Tokens

MILE tokens are virtual tokens with no cash value. They cannot be purchased, sold, or exchanged for real currency. MileMarkt may adjust token balances or mechanics at any time.

5. Market Resolution

Markets are resolved based on publicly available information. MileMarkt reserves the right to make final decisions on market outcomes. Disputes should be directed to saikat@milemarkt.com.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

• Manipulate markets or engage in fraudulent activity
• Create multiple accounts to gain unfair advantages
• Use automated tools or bots without permission
• Harass other users or share false information

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality on MileMarkt are owned by me and protected by intellectual property laws.

8. Disclaimer

MileMarkt is provided "as is" without warranties. I am not responsible for losses or damages arising from your use of the platform. This is not financial advice.

9. Changes to Terms

I may modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.
